We have a robust app and concierge approach to starting and administering a 401(k) plan for any small business from a single employee to hundreds of employees. This app makes saving for retirement hassle free and enjoyable even for low wage earners in small companies who have been vastly underserved by the traditional employee benefit retirement plan industry.

Can you speak fluently about most aspects of marketing? Do you know enough about one marketing discipline that you can teach others?

We need several knowledgeable individuals skilled in the art and science of content creation. These individuals must possess the ability to research and create / write / design informative articles and visuals about retirement issues and concerns – especially those related to 401(k) plans. These articles are to enlighten the consumer, specifically small business owners and decision makers. This content is also meant to be acted upon with urgency while building a community that will support and encourage the growth of 401(k) plans.

Salary: $18.00 to $25.00 /hour

As a software engineer you will be working on a wide range of new features. You will work on a highly dynamic and creative team of both front-end and back-end developers and will see each of your projects through from start to finish. You will meet regularly with the founders of the company to discuss company vision and options to make our software and automation match the company vision. New ideas are always welcome! You will be able to exercise significant creative freedom in completing your projects.
