When new hires are entered into Paylocity, that information will flow to 401GO automatically.
You won’t update terminated employees twice.
When an employee’s status is updated in Paylocity, that information will flow to 401GO automatically.
You won’t enter payroll data in 401GO.
Your payroll information will flow from Paylocity to 401GO, eliminating your need to enter that information in both places.
You won’t check deductions and loans.
Employee changes to deductions and loans that happen in 401GO will be updated in Paylocity automatically.
