Jared Porter Discusses Helping Younger Workers Save for Retirement

Jared Porter, COO of 401GO, spoke out about those who are unable (or reluctant) to participate in a retirement plan. AARP found that 78% of workers at companies with fewer than 10 employees and 65% at companies with 10 to 24 employees lack access to a pension or retirement plan. Porter offers three suggestions to help smaller businesses bridge this gap.
