401GO CULTURE
Sharp. Warm. Honest. We’re Hiring.
Smart people, hard problems, no pretense. We’re building the retirement platform the industry should have built 20 years ago. Want to join us?
Built the way we build everything. For the people who use it.
In May 2026, 401GO opened its new headquarters in Utah’s Silicon Slopes. This campus of 36,000+ square feet is custom designed to reflect how we actually work. Not how a facilities manager imagines we work.
The layout revolves around collaboration without forcing it. Open team spaces for the days when energy is shared and quiet zones for work that requires focus. There’s a fully stocked kitchen that’s actually stocked, wellness areas, and a dedicated mother’s room. And yes, there’s a hidden room. We’re not going to explain it. Come find it.
“When you build a company people actually want to work for, you end up with products people actually want to buy. Anyone can copy your process. The only thing they can’t copy is your people.”
Dan Beck, Co-Founder/CEO
“I’ve been personally involved in designing the space to reflect the culture we’ve worked hard to build at 401GO. Every detail was intentional.”
Dan Beck, Co-Founder/CEO

Why People Choose to Work Here
We asked our team. Here’s what they said:
“The problem is real. Small business employees have been locked out of quality retirement benefits for decades. The work here has a direct impact on people’s financial lives.”
“The company is more committed to culture than any I’ve ever known. There’s a true family feeling and I honestly look forward to Mondays because I start to miss my coworkers.”
“My advice to management? Keep up the ethos and being personable with everyone and I have no doubt that this company will go further than it already has.”
“It’s the first place that I have worked where being human is understood.”
